PCR plates are constructed with 2 components plastics: polycarbonate rigid frame and polypropylene thin wells for optimal thermal transfer.

The wells are white to ensure high quality qPCR results by concentrating fluorescent signal, preventing loss of signal, and allowing for better signal detection by the instrument.

Variable as barcoded and non-barcoded version, PCR plates are:

• Standard SBS format for use with automation
• Slightly raised well rims for better sealing
• Impilabile e dotato di 8 rientranze per facilitare l'inserimento nel termoblocco
• White frame, white wells
• Alphanumeric well markings
• V Bottom
• 200μl total volume
• Produced under cleanroom conditions (ISO 14644-1 class 8)
